Coal Tech LLC partners with licensed commercial and industrial contractors to provide specialized welding and workforce training support. Subcontracted services are coordinated in compliance with jurisdictional licensing requirements.

Workforce Training & Upskilling

Hands-on and customized welding training programs for corporate and commercial clients. We provide task-specific training and refresher sessions to help companies maintain, improve, or standardize OFC cutting, GMAW (MIG), GTAW (TIG), SMAW (stick), and FCAW (flux-core) techniques for their workforce. Prioritizing hands-on job site safety, code awareness, proper setup, and production-quality technique.

Out-of-State Project Coordination

For projects located outside Washington State, services may be provided only when subcontracted by a properly licensed contractor operating in that jurisdiction. Availability is evaluated on a project-by-project basis.
